The local workflow tools
The homepage workflow brief builder uses your description in the page to prepare a conversation starter. It does not send that description to Lumevest or an AI service. The return-trips sketch also runs in your browser using preset guidance. These tools are not assessments of your business and do not connect to your business systems. Do not enter confidential information. Copy only the non-sensitive notes you want to keep or discuss; browser behavior can affect whether form entries remain visible when you return to a page.
The margin calculator
The free calculator uses the sales and direct-cost figures you enter to calculate gross profit and gross margin in your browser. The calculator does not include those figures in its analytics events or send them to the store when you choose the paid review. Using the calculator is separate from purchasing a review or sending information for that review.
Information you choose to send
If you contact us, use the services-site contact form, subscribe to its newsletter, book a conversation, create a store account or make a purchase, you are providing information through a different process from the local tools. The services-site form requests contact details and a message and offers attachments. Store and booking services handle the information you provide for those interactions.
For the paid margin review, the preparation instructions ask you to email your order number from the checkout email address and provide redacted aggregate information for one reporting period. This can include the reporting dates, currency, total sales, direct-cost categories and the question you want reviewed. We use that information to match the purchase, clarify scope and prepare the written explanation. Scope and delivery timing are confirmed by email, and the written explanation is delivered by email.
Do not send card details, bank credentials, passwords, tax identifiers, unredacted financial records or confidential customer, employee or supplier information through a public form or with a margin-review request. Email is not a secure financial-record upload service. If you cannot safely redact a summary, contact us with your question before attaching records.
Website analytics, advertising and browser storage
On our main homepage, AI automation page, examples, blog and policy pages, Google Analytics and non-personalized Google Ads measurement load only after you choose Accept analytics. Reject leaves these optional components unloaded. Privacy choices remains available to withdraw consent; withdrawal removes measurement cookies accessible to this site and reloads the page without those components. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Your choice is stored in this browser so we can remember it.
On these pages we measure visits, active viewing time, scroll milestones, service and demo selections, and clicks toward booking, email, phone and external services. A click is not a completed inquiry or purchase. The online AI inquiry form records a lead only after server-confirmed owner inbox delivery; controlled tests are excluded. Our journey events exclude form text, contact details, page titles, URL query strings and fragments. Page locations use known public paths and referrer is empty. Only predefined source, medium and campaign values are accepted. Google may process technical information such as device details, network address and measurement cookies under its own terms. Personalized advertising is disabled.
The previous Vercel custom analytics loader is not loaded on these updated pages. This consent implementation does not cover every host or tool: the calculator, written margin diagnostic, return-trips tool and separate GoDaddy store and booking services have not been changed by this release. Their components and privacy controls may differ. No cross-domain identity linking to the GoDaddy site is configured. Booking and store clicks cannot establish completion there. Manage cookies and storage using your browser as well as the controls on the service you visit.
Store, bookings and other providers
Information is handled through service providers as needed to host and deliver the website, communicate about inquiries and agreed work, operate bookings and the store, process payments and deliver purchased services. For example, website hosting involves Vercel, the linked store and booking services involve GoDaddy, and the paid written review uses email for order matching, scope confirmation and delivery. These uses are separate from the local calculator and workflow tools; do not enter sensitive information in those tools.
The linked store, booking and contact services are hosted through GoDaddy. A purchase action can send a product-and-quantity cart request before you enter payment information. Payment details are handled through the checkout service, not through the free calculator input fields.
The GoDaddy services site uses additional components for functions including traffic measurement, advertising, contact-form abuse prevention, messaging, cart operation and payments. Components observed on that site include Google Analytics, Meta, Google reCAPTCHA, Reamaze and TrustedSite, as well as payment and fraud-prevention components. Their data handling is separate from the in-page local tools described above. The services-site contact form links to Google's privacy policy and terms for reCAPTCHA. Review the notices and controls available on the service you are using.
Questions about your information
Contact Lumevest by email with questions about information you have sent to Lumevest or a request concerning that information. Describe the relevant service or interaction without sending passwords, payment-card details or additional sensitive records. Include an order reference only when it is needed to identify a purchase.
Retention and information requests
There is no single fixed retention period stated for all information covered by this notice. The relevant service, transaction records and applicable legal requirements affect what information needs to be retained. Contact Lumevest by email to ask about retention or to request access, correction or deletion of information you supplied. We will consider your request in light of the relevant records and applicable obligations; a request does not mean that transaction or legally required records can always be deleted.
